ANZOO wheels, It is a national high-tech enterprise of aluminum alloy deep processing integrated with design, manufacture, sales and technical service of aluminum alloy wheel, aluminum alloy casting and other auto parts.
We are the largest aluminum alloy wheel production base in Southwest of China.We own a building area of nearly 30000 square meters, and we have all kinds of production, testing, research and development equipment around 630 sets. we also have office and show rooms in Shanghai, it's convenient for customers to visit .
We adopt the current international advanced full-automatic production line. The production line from low pressure casting, heat treatment, machining processing to painting is adopted with intelligent factory which combined with machine automation and information technology. Our production capacity ups to 5 million wheels per year.

We mainly support BYD, Changan Ford, SGMW, Dongfeng Liuqi, Beiqi Foton, Guangqi Honda and other OEM. At the same time, our wheels are export to Europe, North America, Southeast Asia and South America.
We have 32 engineers in the technical department. They could operate UG7.5, Pro/E, CATIA/V5R20, CAD/CAM and they have years of experience about wheels design. Design engineers could design products with reasonable structure and beautiful appearance to meet the manufacturing process production according to the requirement of all functions and size conditions with UG and other 3D design software. They could analyze product structure with ANSYS and other finite element analysis software to keep optimizing, so as to make sure that the design of each product could meet the requirement of design. Our modeling design and digital optimization capabilities have been recognized by various OEM.
Our product process is following:
Melting、Mold repair、Low pressure、Spinning、Heat Treatment、Machining processing、Powder spraying、Paint spraying、Packaging、Finished product. With the German advanced melting furnace equipment melting, through low pressure casting, spinning forming, with the heart of the craftsmen to produce out the high quality wheels.
Our equipments include:
45 low-pressure casting machines which can cast 15000pcs wheels per day, 1 spinning forming machine which can produce 1500pcs wheels per day. Our production capacity ups to 5 million per year.
Focusing on technology development and technical personnel training, We passed IATF16949 system certificate, we got DOT certificate for American market, INMETRO certificate for Brazil market, TUV SUD/IATF16949 certificate for Germany market. We have been rated as an excellent supplier by OEM customers and also have been recognized as a national high-tech enterprise for many times.
For quality, we have fifteen control points:
density test、composition test、X-ray test、Metallographic test、Tensile test、coordinate test、Helium test、Runout test、 paint film thickness test、hardness test、Dynamic balancing machine test、salt spray test、impact test、bending test、radial test.
